For their once-a-year funfest, smart grid energy management company (and Vermilion client) Tendril divided into four teams for what must have been the ultimate scavenger hunt. The morning tasks included taking photos of a team member jumping in a pool with clothes on, 3 team members in a port-o-potty, and 5 people inside a phone booth. They also had to collect 100 green M&Ms, a 1980 coin, and a receipt for 17 cents worth of gas. The afternoon included collecting a mannequin’s head, a map of Wyoming, and a 38 tripleD bra. Photos included everyone doing a shot at the Sink, team leader in handcuffs in backseat of a police car with officer, and team members with Walter at Vermilion. (He’s the golden one in the photo.) According to Adrian, Tendril CEO, who conceded he’s not usually a fan of organized fun (”something very un-British about it”) the day turned out to be fantastic. “It really got us to thinking and laughing.” What more could you ask for?
